Return Policy
At Nutrizest, we are a registered wellness brand offering supplements, health products, and personal care items. Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless explicitly approved under the conditions outlined below.
United States and U.S. Territories
Returns
All orders shipped within the United States and U.S. territories are final sale. Due to the consumable and personal-use nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Order Issues and Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nutrizest.co. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Each case is reviewed individually. While all orders are packaged with care, once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier during transit. If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Tracking information is provided with every order. Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for return or replacement unless the carrier confirms mishandling after an official investigation.
Tampered or Missing Items
For tampered packages or missing items, photo or video evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. This documentation is required to open a carrier investigation. If mishandling is confirmed, a replacement will be issued when applicable. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window cannot be processed.
Incorrect Address and Re-Delivery
Please verify your shipping information before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery shipping fee.
International Orders
This section applies only to customers outside the United States. All international orders are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders under any circumstances.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. These charges are non-refundable and are not controlled by Nutrizest. International shipping times may vary due to customs inspections and carrier handling. Delays caused by customs or international carriers do not qualify for returns or replacements.

Bank and Payment Processing
If a replacement or approved adjustment is issued, processing times depend on your bank or card provider. Processing may take 5–7 business days, and in some cases up to 15 business days to reflect in your account. These timelines are determined by financial institutions and are outside of Nutrizest’s control.
